Located in the South East of England, 50 miles northeast of London is the historic market town of Colchester. In March 2014 a brutal murder sparked a community wide panic, people feared walking alone, the most vulnerable wore personal panic alarms and the police tried to track the perpetrator of one of the most sadistic crime the County had ever seen. The killer intended to commit multiple murders, but no one could have predicted who was responsible.
