On April 8th 2009, Victoria Stafford known as Tori to friends and family, had been in great spirits that morning. The little girl had happily raided her mothers bedroom to borrow a headband and some butterfly earrings to wear to school at Oliver Stephens Public School in Woodstock, Canada, when Tori didn't arrive home after school the Oxford community police received a report for the missing eight year old girl.
